From the moment Sheila was born – her parents’ third girl in a world that favoured boys – she didn’t feel good enough. Though she presented as happy and confident, she grew up constantly battling feelings of inadequacy. After suffering tragedy as a young mother, she was forced to face her darkness, which kickstarted a long healing process towards self-acceptance. The experience informed her life’s mission of helping others to bare their souls and step forward into a self-healing process to reach the universal destination affirmation of ‘I AM ENOUGH!’
