Sheila’s courses are unique as she teaches the original Ingham Method and the Swiss Method of Reflexology, her courses suit everyone from the total beginner to those who have experience.

The aim of our training is to provide a high standard of knowledge and expertise in all the therapies, to facilitate the practical application of the therapy to the best therapeutic effect and to assist the student in gaining a true holistic understanding.

We offer a number of Reflexology courses, including our Beginner and Advanced Courses, Baby and Toddler Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.
